If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support Center. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved over the phone, Lexmark will air express an exchange printer to you within two business days. Upon receipt of the exchange printer, pack the defective printer in the carton which contained the exchange printer, place the United Parcel Service (UPS) prepaid shipping label that was inside the box on the outside of the box, and take the printer to a UPS drop-off point, such as Mailboxes, etc. or your local UPS office, for shipment back to Lexmark. Please note: If you call UPS to come and pick up the printer from your site, they will charge a pick-up fee. This fee is not refunded by Lexmark. If you prefer, your printer may be repaired and returned, rather than exchanged. In either case, Lexmark pays for the shipping charges.

The Lexmark E321 laser printer offers reasonable value to smaller volume users and offers a nice upgrade path. However this nice package is let down an little by mediocre image quality and average running costs.
Available in striking black color the Lexmark E321 offers some solid print performance along with Mac support.
The Lexmark E321 is best as a low volume text only printer
With moderate running costs the Lexmark E321 can't keep up in high volume total cost of ownership comparisons with other laser printers in it's price range such as the HP Laserjet 1300. The Lexmark E321 also pales in comparison with the Laserjet's image print quality. Images printed on the Lexmark E321 look a little dark and murky and grey scale gradients don't look particularly smooth.
With that aside text comes out great with dark well defined letters all the way down to small font sizes.
